Cancellation Policy
Payment in advance to reserve your space, and one weeks notice for a refund
I can only fit four people in my workshop at one time, I try to be as flexible as possible, but my small business will not survive if I don't charge for last minute cancelations. I have a waiting list and need to be able to offer spaces to people who are waiting.
For a full refund (or carry forward of credit if you are carrying on to the next term) I need one full weeks notice so I can offer the space to other students.
If you give less than one weeks notice of cancellation, but I manage to fill the space with a paying student, then I will give you a credit for a future session.
If you give less than one weeks notice of cancellation you can take a last minute cancelation to make up the session if one becomes available in that term/invoice period, but this is not always possible.
